A national housebuilder has moved into brand new offices in Redhill as it expands its portfolio of new homes developments.
Bellway’s South London division has made the move into the new offices off London Road in Redhill, as the developer continues building homes across Surrey, West Sussex and Hampshire.
The housebuilder has moved to the new premises from its former regional offices which were located at Bellway House, off Station Road North in nearby Merstham.
Daniel Williamson, Head of Sales for Bellway South London, said: “The move to brand new divisional offices in Redhill marks the next chapter in the region’s story, which has truly been a success so far.
“Our staff were all very fond of the previous offices in Merstham, with many happy memories taking place there, but it was universally agreed that the time had come for us to expand into a new era as we step up our offering of new homes across the counties in which we build.
“We are now looking ahead to acquiring more land and delivering new homes in key locations as part of our long-term strategy as a division to support the need for new housing within our patch and beyond.”
Bellway South London is currently building new homes in Guildford, Aldershot, Croydon, Broadbridge Heath, Cranleigh, Walton on Thames and Billingshurst.
