The firm was presented with the award for medium to large conveyancing firms, recognising its achievements over the past 12 months.
Conveyancing partner Richard Durrant said: “Winning when up against some very big names in the industry is a wonderful testament to everybody’s efforts and speaks volumes for how well we are delivering.
“I think what sets us apart is the level of personal service we provide; everything we do is client focused. We have helped more than 3,000 families and individuals move home in the past 12 months and our customers consistently tell us that they are more than happy to recommend us to friends and family and use us again.”
Judges were Jonathan Smithers, vice president of the Law Society, Mark Witherspoon of the Zoopla Property Group, Sheila Kumar chief executive, CLC, Rhonda Hales of Legal Eye and Rob Hailstone, the founder of Bold Legal Group.
After pointing out that 99% of the firm’s clients said they would recommend Boys & Maughan, the judges went on: “Top marks all round for a firm that has a clear strategic vision and is improving performance year on year.”
Boys & Maughan were one of seven finalists, with the winners being announced by comedian Rory Bremner at a gala dinner in London.
