Leading recruitment and business services group, HR GO PLC, has acquired a majority shareholding in South-West England-based Red Berry Recruitment Ltd. It was supported throughout the transaction by the corporate finance team at asb law.
Headquartered in Ashford, HR GO is a multi-million-pound business with 40 locations across the UK and offices in Poland and Australia. It specialises in recruitment and business solutions with joint ventures in specialist sectors including aviation, e-commerce and engineering. Red Berry Recruitment provides temporary, permanent and contract staff to the commercial and industrial sectors from offices in Dorset and Somerset. Following the acquisition, the team at HR GO will work alongside Red Berry Recruitment founder and existing shareholder Helen Lacey to take the business forward.
