Legal firm celebrates strong year with handling £6 million worth of deals this year

Firm's results proving strong to date for 2013

Brachers’ corporate team is celebrating its ongoing success after having advised on the completion of five significant deals worth a total of £6 million within Kent.

These include the acquisition of a logistics business in Kent and East Sussex from a regional logistics company based in Surrey, funded by HSBC’s Kent business team.

It has also involved the management buy-out of a city-based IFA company and sale of a property investment company.

In addition, its work includes the acquisition of a Kent-based play centre and childcare business, distressed acquisition of the assets and property of a timber yard in Kent.
