Saracen Interiors has announced an increase in its turnover of almost 50% following one of its most successful trading years to-date. The award winning, workplace consultant starts 2018 with its largest ever forward order book and, with new clients responsible for 80% of last year’s turnover increase, the company is expecting a record year ahead.
Continuing its geographical expansion with the opening of new offices in one of Manchester’s most vibrant mixed-use spaces, Media City, Saracen has used its increased presence to secure more business in the North. Director of Saracen Interiors, Michael Page explains: “We’ve won some big contracts this year, including one of the largest in our history, which was the fit out of a landmark, iconic building in Yorkshire.
“The commercial property market in areas like Yorkshire and the North West is currently thriving and our job, going forward, will be to build on the new links we have forged and continue to make it happen for Saracen by building a strong reputation in these regions. It’s incredibly exciting and challenging to go into new territories and to identify the right opportunities. Our history is in the South but our future is UK-wide and so we will continue to work hard to make those first impressions count.”
In the last 12 months, Saracen has continued to build its standing in the professional and finance markets while developing a profile in the technology and digital sectors. Both its facilities management division, Saracen Facilities, and its small works team, Saracen Small Works have enjoyed an increase in business and the company continues to consolidate its position as a one-stop shop.
All four divisions, including Saracen Move Management, work together to provide a full offering and the company’s clients are able to benefit from access to a full skillset, with a selection of seamless service options designed to anticipate all manner and scale of requirements.
Over the past decade, Saracen’s number of staff has grown, along with its turnover, and the company continues to invest in local apprentices, training initiatives and industry-specific innovations. Saracen has a proven track record in improving workplace efficiency, and corporate standing, and is renowned for its tailor-made, cost-effective solutions.
