Kent based Teaching Support has been awarded gold standard status by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, the professional body for the UK’s recruitment industry.
This Gold standard award highlights the strict vetting and high-quality compliance work Teaching Support exhibits on a daily basis when providing specialist teaching support staff in schools across Kent and South-East London.
A detailed and rigorous audit started in August by the REC to ensure that the business adhered to the highest standards and best practice in educational recruitment.
Teaching Support compliance manager Abby Beeching said: ‘While the business has always been dedicated to having thorough vetting and compliance policies in place, the Gold Standard demonstrates our adherence to the highest possible standards which is paramount in an industry where legislation is ever changing, and our schools can now be confident that we are doing everything correctly’
Teaching Support started six years ago and specialises in recruiting support staff for SEN and mainstream schools with offices in both Maidstone and Orpington with plans to open more offices in 2018.
