Bookings made at the Amex Stadium, Brighton, before 31 March will include a free “Prestige Perk” to make the day go with a swing, including room hire, selected refreshment deals, parking and technical support.
The incentives package is offered by Sodexo Prestige Venues and Events, which manages conferences and banquets at the stadium. Sales and marketing manager Kathy Taylor said: “Prestige Perks are a great way of giving a little extra to our valued corporate clients and encouraging first-time visitors to consider us for their event. After all, there’s no reason why business shouldn’t also be a pleasure.”
Among the tempting treats on offer are bacon rolls and fruit to welcome delegates, use of a “break-out room”, morning coffee, afternoon tea and cakes. A photographer can also be arranged, to take pitch-side team photographs.
The stadium, which is home to Brighton and Hove Albion FC, offers some of the most modern and versatile amenities, including a dedicated mainline railway station with links to London. Its nine conference suits can cater for any number of delegates, from two to 500 and the stadium itself has 21 executive boxes to entertain up to 10 guests.
